The rooms at Oz Hotels Sui are incredibly spacious, with a total area of 46 square meters. I absolutely loved the Deluxe room that I stayed in. It felt like I had so much room to relax and unwind, making my stay incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. As a light sleeper, I really appreciated the ample space and quiet ambiance of the room.

Personally, I found the pool area a bit crowded during peak hours. But hey, that's just me!

Staying at this luxury hotel was a real treat. The exclusive amenities fulfilled all our expectations. The Spa & wellness centre was amazing, offering a body scrub and full body massage for ultimate relaxation. The outdoor swimming pool was fantastic, giving us access to the beach for swimming and sunbathing on the sun loungers under the beach umbrellas. The buffet breakfast was delicious, varied and provided special diet menus. The staff was friendly and professional. This hotel offered everything we needed for a luxurious and enjoyable stay.

The hotel's evening entertainment could have been better. Although the performers were talented and lively, they didn't connect with the audience and failed to deliver an immersive experience.

Spent Easter at a stunning hotel with modern and clean decor. The staff were great and always willing to help. The hotel had an impressive pool area and was in a convenient location near a beach and huge bazaar. The hotel also hosted a fun pool/foam party, which was a highlight of the stay. Food was varied and delicious, with plenty of options to suit all dietary needs, including vegetarian.

Communication was a challenge due to the limited English spoken by the reception staff and most other staff. The entertainment was not up to par and didn't live up to expectations.

Easter at this hotel was a pleasant surprise. We enjoyed the well-equipped gym and the various activities offered by the hotel's animation team. Being close to a beautiful private beach and having access to a shuttle was definitely a plus. The hotel's cleanliness and the quality of the food were satisfactory.

The hotel felt understaffed and there were communication problems due to the language barrier. The lack of variety in the drinks offered was also a turn off.

I chose this hotel for attending a council due to its central location and proximity to the airport. The meeting halls were fully equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, providing a convenient and efficient space for my meetings, seminars, and trainings.

I found it disappointing that the hotel did not offer a dedicated business center or executive lounge. It would have been beneficial to have access to a quiet space with amenities specifically designed for business guests like myself.

We had an excellent stay at this beautiful hotel! The decor is breathtaking and the staff were always friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean, and housekeeping made sure everything was perfect. In the mornings, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast with plenty of options to choose from. At night, we relaxed in the lovely bars and terrace just at the beach, enjoying stunning views of the sea. We also appreciated the shuttle minibus services to get to the beach, which made it very convenient to explore the area.

Some guests did not have good manners and did not respect others in the food queues.

During my recent business trip to Alanya, my director chose the Oz Hotels Sui for our stay. This hotel truly excels when it comes to providing perfect service to its guests. The spa center at the hotel is exceptional, offering a variety of amenities such as a Turkish bath, sauna, steam room, relaxation rooms, classical massage rooms. I thoroughly enjoyed unwinding and rejuvenating in this tranquil oasis. Additionally, the pool with water slides was a fantastic feature, covering a vast area of 315 m². It provided great fun and entertainment for everyone, making our stay even more enjoyable.

My friend and I had requested and confirmed an extra day for the end of our trip upon check-in, with Mustafa from the reception.
